Life is getting really intense! Now, if you know me how I am lately, you’re probably guessing that I’m excited because of school and all that stuff. Well… yeah, you’re right!

I’m learning so much and I recently developed a mjor goal and the college situation just changed quite a bit!

First of all, I’ve decided that I do not want to go to college for audio engineering anymore. I figure that four years of that stuff is overdoing it a little bit. Plus, I’m interested in that stuff right now and all, but I know that four years of intense study is probably going to ruin it for me because it’s not a very abstract study. I’ve dicided that I want to go into college for mathematics and physics!

The major advantage to this is that I’m going to be going to IUPUI instead of IU which is going to be a major relief in terms of moving out and financial aid. I’m also going to be able to get in a lot easier.

The problem with it is that I’m not taking a math class this year. I’ve been feeling kind of guilty about taking AP Psychology just because I know I would have been amazing in Calculus, but today I realized what I’m going to do about it. This is my goal. I’m going to teach myself Calculus to keep my momentum this year. I need something to guide me into college so that I don’t slow down in math. I looked at Calculus books in Half Price today and they’re only 8 dollars! I found one that’s perfect. It doesn’t come with applications. It’s just abstract Calculus with no connection to the real world. That’s what I need to keep my brain going. Keep it simple.

In school, Psych has been really awesome. I finally got my grade up. It’s at an 88 now. I’ll get it up to an A soon. Speech has been great. English has gone really smoothly. I have to make revisions to my rough draft tonight to turn in tomorrow. I’m going to my mom’s this weekend and I’ll work on it there. Katies staying home this weekend so I get to have a mommy-son weekend! In ICP, it’s really easy, but I’m really applying myself and learning a lot. Accounting is going well. I love that class. French is cool. Government is awesome! I’m learning so much! I’m starting to really develop my mind. I’m so ready for college!

Still Remains and Gwen Stacy tomorrow! It’s going to be such a great time. I’m so excited about going. OMGZ! Life = amazing right now!
