Birthday Party

Posted in Summer on July 16th, 2006 by Bill

My birthday was amazing. I had a bunch of people come over and I thank everyone that gave me presents, wished me a happy birthday, and generally acknowledged my existence! It was an awesome day. I got a few good presents from friends and family and some money. I want to put all the money into a bank account.

Yesterday, I went to my friend Trey’s birthday party with Mike. We hung out in his backyard, ate some food, drank a lot of soda. His parents through him a surprise party. It was really fun. Today, Brittany Curtis and Na-z are having their sweet 16 at Our Lady of Greenwood. Nine More Minutes and some other band are playing. I plan on going with Mike. Happy Birthday to the girls! I hope you have a great one!

I talked to my dad this morning about Kiwi Rossdale. We’re going to start practicing a bunch so that we can start playing shows. I don’t know when it will be for sure… but I¬†want to play the first one before the summer ends. That would be good.

Keep it real, you guys.

Moving Along

Almost half of the summer is gone. It’s insane. The trip to Georgia was awesome… I got a few people presents and that was cool. The night that I got back, we took Shelby out to dinner and it was great seeing her. I have an amazing time with her.

I haven’t talked to Lauren since Thursday. She left Friday. For some reason, I had the notion that she was leaving for Canada on Sunday. I was wrong. I can’t wait to see her when she gets back and give her her presents.

I’m half way finished with reading A Farewell to Arms. It’s pretty romantic but it’s from the guy’s perspective and World War I is just really getting in their way to be with eachother. It’s pretty good though. I like Ernest Hemingway’s writing.

My birthday is a week from tomorrow. I think I want to have a billion people over for a party or something. We’ll see… I want to record everyone singing Happy Birthday to me. That will be the last song to record for the CD.

That about says it all. I don’t have much else to talk about.
